My journey in tourism and hospitality began in 2014, when I enrolled in the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality at Yarmouk University. Entering without prior experience in the field was a challenge but thanks to my doctors in the college I quickly discovered a passion for the industry and a deep interest in learning more about tourism industry, they spare no efforts to deliver to us all information and go above and beyond we may need after graduation.

During my study, I had the privilege of receiving a scholarship to study in Romania through the Erasmus+ program. This experience broadened my horizons and significantly enhanced my skills, particularly in cultural awareness and adaptability.

After graduating in 2018, I faced challenges finding a position in my field despite my efforts. After five months, I secured a role as a receptionist at the Holiday Inn Dead Sea Resort. This opportunity allowed me to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality sector, interact with guests from diverse backgrounds, and develop essential customer service skills.

A few years later, I advanced into the accounting department as an Income Auditor, a role that represented a major step forward in my career. During this period, I was recognized

as one of the hotel’s top-performing employees, which motivated me to continue striving for excellence.

In the summer of 2023, I embarked on a new chapter by joining our beloved national carrier Royal Jordanian as a Cabin Crew Member, fulfilling a long-standing dream. This role allows me to travel the world, immerse myself in different cultures, and provide a warm welcome to our guests, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their journey. It is a true honor to represent my country and Royal Jordanian, creating a positive first impression for visitors to the Kingdom and contributing to memorable travel experiences.
