In a remarkable scientific milestone showcasing the collaborative spirit among sister Arab nations, Abdullah Hussein Al-Daoud, a student from Yarmouk University in Jordan, successfully completed a master's thesis titled "The Impact of Major Events on the Development and Sustainability of Tourism Services: The 2022 World Cup in Qatar."

This thesis was developed in partnership with Qatar University, with supervision provided by Professor Dr. Akram Atef Rawashdeh, Dean of the College of Tourism and Hotels at Yarmouk University, and Dr. Maryam Al-Hammadi, a professor at Qatar University. Abdullah traveled to Qatar to conduct on-site research and gather relevant data for his study.

This collaborative academic endeavor between Yarmouk University and Qatar University exemplifies the productive academic partnership between the two nations, aimed at advancing scientific research and sharing expertise across various disciplines.
