Faculty of Tourism and Hotels Holds an Awareness Workshop on the Importance of Surveys for New Students in Cooperation with the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Center

In line with Yarmouk University’s commitment to fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement, the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Center, in coordination with the Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels for Quality Affairs, Mr. Zahir Khassawneh, organized an awareness workshop titled “The Importance of Surveys” in the faculty auditorium. The workshop targeted the new students of the faculty.

The workshop was presented by Ms. Hanaa Bani Atta from the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Center. She discussed the main aspects of the university’s survey process, emphasizing its importance in measuring academic and administrative performance indicators and its role in supporting development and improvement decisions across the university.

Professor Dr. Saad Al-Sa’d, Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, highlighted the importance of active participation in filling out the surveys, noting that they serve as a key tool in helping the university enhance the quality of its educational and administrative services. He also emphasized that achieving higher levels of performance requires continuous cooperation among all members of the university community.

The workshop targeted new students of the faculty as well as the academic and administrative staff. The workshop included an open discussion session and the participants shared their comments and suggestions aimed at enhancing the academic environment and improving the services provided to students.
