Specialized Training Workshop on Leadership Skills in the Hospitality Industry for Students of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels
The Faculty of Tourism and Hotels organized a specialized training workshop entitled "Leadership Skills in the Hospitality Industry," delivered by Professor Dr. Omar Al-Ananzeh, with the participation of a number of students interested in developing their leadership and professional skills in preparation for entering the tourism and hospitality labor market.
The workshop aimed to introduce students to the concept of modern leadership in the hospitality sector and the key competencies required of leaders in hotel and tourism organizations. These competencies included effective communication, team management, decision-making, employee motivation, and handling challenges and emergency situations in the workplace.
